Butter, Ivory and Gold

i got this wedding palette idea from flights of fancy (betsy white’s blog). a great combination of colors for late summer or early fall. simplistic yet stunningly beautiful. the rich yellow shades are warm and the pops of gold bring it all together.

an invitation from wedding paper divas conveys the simple luxury of the color palette.

summer camp always brings up visions of campfires, sing-alongs, toasted marshmallows, horseshoes and lots of friends. and all those things also sound pretty great for a wedding! can you imagine all your friends and family staying in little cabins and hanging out together by the lake… in the dining hall… even doing crafts together? what a great wedding weekend that would be!
this wedding looks amazing. it was featured on style me pretty. took place at a camp in maine where the bride’s father went as a kid. charming.
